.40 over 400ci., Shumacher motor mounts and headers,
single plane intake with Holley 750 carb. 727 trans with shift kit, 3.91
Posi rearend, relocated rear springs, slide-link traction bars and Centerline
wheels. The fuel cell and battery are in the trunk. X pipe exhaust,
very large cam and a billet distributor.

Brief description of how you
came to own this car and little history on it :
Originally a 6 cylinder, 3 spd. car. Bought it 3 years ago for
$700. Purchased a 1973 Charger with a strong running gear and a rusted
body. Swapped all parts possible into the Dart. Motor, radiator,
transmission, rear springs, narrowed the rearend to fit, shortened the
driveline, etc. Did all the work myself with the exception of rebuilding
the transmission and narrowing the rearend and driveline. Total cost of
the car is still nder $5000. Next modification will be a new
frontend with brakes and paint. This car is very fast
and alot of fun!!!
